The Joint Venture based partnership program is based on the following terms;

a) Co-development of mining operations or expansion of existing gold mining projects with local miners with gold mines production permits in hands.. The local mining company(concession owner) offers the gold mine resources potential and all required documentation including production ,environmental permits, licenses, mining titles, development and production programs and technical expertise(with the participation of Granite Gold Resources technical team of geologists and mining engineers),

b) Granite Gold Resources will provide the needed investment(capital) and mining equipment and technology for the project with an upfront payment as repayment of expenses incurred by the local mining company if any) in exchange for the controlling interest in the sharing of the gold produced. After the gold mine closure, Granite Gold Resources will retain ownership of the `technology and the mining equipment used.

b) Granite Gold Resources will retain the full ownership of resources(concession), full control over design, technology, operations and interest. The acquisition of greenfield gold mines offers design flexibility ,ability to incorporate the latest technology from day one , equipment and efficiency to meet the project’s need and more freedom of location choice based on logistics, taxes and other benefits from government incentives for new projects ,the labor market rather than buy, lease or adjusting to an existing facility.

One key advantage of investing in brownfield projects include the following: The production facilities and infrastructure are already in placebo existing operations and facilities ,reducing the startup cost. The key setback in brownfield projects is that the existing facilities, technology, and capital equipment may not match or suit its purposes and expectations and would need replacement or improvement.
